Meet Tara, a hard-working professional from Arizona. We interviewed her to find out what her experience was when she took CBD every day for a week. 

Q: What does your current lifestyle look like?

Honestly, every day is pretty similar. I work a nine-to-five where I’m usually just at my desk on the computer all day… I’ll try to squeeze in some gym time before work if I can. It’s not an everyday thing, but I do try to go at least three times a week.

Q: When did you use the CBD?

I took it right around the time I started getting ready for bed, so like eight o’clock. I know studies have shown that CBD could help with falling asleep faster, so I wanted to see if it would work for me.


Q: Have there been any differences you’ve noticed since using CBD? 

Totally! I really loved using CBD before bed and was actually surprised that it did help me go to sleep and stay asleep. Although it’s only been a week, I’ve noticed there were fewer restless nights… I woke up in the mornings feeling really refreshed. I especially loved what it did for my body after workouts. My muscles were less sore, and the soreness faded quicker than usual.
